One org, whole team
A shared AI workspace that keeps private chats private
An AI workspace for teams should settle who sees what. In a NetusAI organization the sharing is explicit: projects, knowledge sources, and the credit pool belong to the team, while each member's chats stay their own until they share them, read-only, with the organization.
Shared by the team
- Projects, with custom instructions and knowledge sources every member can use
- One pooled credit balance and the free web-search quota
- Connectors the admins enable for everyone
Yours until you share it
- Every chat you start, in and out of projects
- Sharing is a choice per chat, and shared chats are read-only for everyone else
- Leave the org and your private chats do not stay behind
Seat math
The AI workspace for teams that pools its credits
Single-provider team plans give each member a separate allowance with rate limits of their own. NetusAI Chat multiplies credits by seats and pours them into one pool that any member can draw from. When one person has a busy week and another barely touches AI, the credits still get used instead of going to waste.
Team plans start at 2 seats. Every number below updates as you change it.
Starter
- 500 credits per seat, pooled
- 10 free web searches per seat
- All 41 models
- Unlimited projects
Growth
- 1,500 credits per seat, pooled
- 25 free web searches per seat
- All 41 models
- Unlimited projects
Pro
- 3,500 credits per seat, pooled
- 60 free web searches per seat
- All 41 models
- Unlimited projects
Max
- 8,000 credits per seat, pooled
- 125 free web searches per seat
- All 41 models
- Unlimited projects
Five seats on the Growth plan cost $85 a month and share one pool of 7,500 credits and 125 free web searches.
Yearly billing gives two months free. See the full plan comparison.
The pool spends at published per-model credit rates, so a quick question to a nano model costs a fraction of a long answer from a frontier one. The seat count is never locked in: the owner can add or remove seats at any time as the team changes. And if the pool runs dry mid-month, the owner can add top-up credits that never expire.
Admin controls
Roles, permissions, and member credit limits
Three roles, and here is what each can do:
| Capability | Owner | Admin | Member |
|---|---|---|---|
| Delete organization | Yes | No | No |
| Transfer ownership | Yes | No | No |
| Manage billing & seats | Yes | No | No |
| Invite admins | Yes | No | No |
| Invite members | Yes | Yes | No |
| Remove admins | Yes | No | No |
| Remove members | Yes | Yes | No |
| Change member roles | Yes | No | No |
| Set credit limit on admins | Yes | No | No |
| Set credit limit on members | Yes | Yes | No |
| Set own credit limit | Yes | No | No |
| Enable connectors | Yes | Yes | No |
| Set connector read-only | Yes | No | No |
| Request a connector | No | No | Yes |
| Create projects | Yes | Yes | Yes |
Members can request a connector; an owner or admin approves and enables it.
Credit limits. An owner or admin can set a monthly credit limit for any member, so no single person can drain the team's pool.
Usage visibility
See who spends what, per member and per model
Owners and admins get the numbers team leads actually ask for, on one screen.
Pool status. Subscription credits used against the pool, top-up balance, and the shared web-search quota.
Per-member spend. Each member's credit spend this cycle.
Per-model breakdown. Credits and message counts by model, so you know whether the budget went to GPT-5 or Gemini Flash.
Credits per day. A day-by-day chart across selectable periods, from the current cycle back to a year.
Know what your team actually does with its AI budget, not just what it costs.
Working context
Shared projects and knowledge sources
A project is where the team's context lives: custom instructions the AI follows in every chat inside it, and knowledge sources every model can draw on. Build the project once and every member added to it works from the same ground truth.
Knowledge sources up to 500 MB each. PDFs, docs, spreadsheets, code files, or pasted text, attached once and available to every chat in the project.
Project roles. The project owner adds people to the project as Editors or Members: Editors shape the instructions and sources, Members work inside them.
Private drafts, shared results. Chats inside a project stay private to their author until shared with the project.
Unlimited projects on every paid team plan.
The toolbox
Every major model and seven connectors, one login
Every seat gets all 41 models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI as of July 2026, with each model's credit rate shown in the picker and switching allowed mid-conversation. Our multi AI chat page covers the full lineup. The result is one AI assistant for teams that refuse to pick a single provider: writers can live in Claude, analysts in GPT-5, researchers in Gemini, all on one bill instead of four.
Admins choose which connectors are on for the whole organization, and members can request any that are missing.

A ChatGPT Business alternative with every provider in it
ChatGPT Business (the plan formerly called ChatGPT Team) and Claude Team are good products with the same boundary: each gives your team one company's models, with usage limits applied per member. One workspace with all four providers on a shared pool is a different shape of plan. The numbers, as published:
| NetusAI Chat team plans | ChatGPT Business | Claude Team (Standard) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price per seat, monthly billing | $7 to $65 | $25 | $25 |
| Price per seat, annual billing | $5.83 to $54.17 effective | $20 | $20 |
| Model providers | OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI | OpenAI | Anthropic |
| How usage works | One pooled credit balance, any member draws | Per-user access with rate limits | Per-member limits, weekly reset |
| Over the limit | Owner buys top-ups that never expire | Workspace credits for extra usage | Prepaid usage credits |
| Per-member spend caps | Yes, monthly per-member limits | Spend controls | Spend controls |
| Minimum seats | 2 | 2 | 2 |
| NetusAI | ChatGPT Business | |

ChatGPT Business and Claude Team prices are the providers' published US prices as of July 21, 2026, excluding taxes; both vary by region and change. Compare capacity, not just price: a NetusAI Max seat costs more than a ChatGPT Business seat and carries 8,000 pooled credits across four providers.
No enterprise contract needed
Plenty of teams searching for a ChatGPT enterprise alternative do not want an enterprise anything: no sales call, no custom quote, no annual commitment signed in a conference room. Every NetusAI team plan is self-serve. Create the organization, pick a per-seat plan, invite people, done.
Data posture
No training on your team's data
Model training on your data is turned off with every provider we route to. Providers retain API data briefly for abuse monitoring under their published policies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI), then delete it.
Inside the team, your chats stay private unless you share them: admins see usage numbers, not the content of anyone's private chats. Delete the organization and its data is removed immediately, with no grace period.
The concept
What is an AI workspace for teams?
An AI workspace for teams is one place where a whole team uses AI models under shared billing, shared context, and admin control, instead of everyone holding a personal subscription. The practical test of any AI collaboration tool is what actually gets shared: a real team AI workspace pools the budget, shares projects and knowledge, gives admins roles and spend controls, and still keeps each member's chats private by default. On NetusAI Chat, this is called an organization: per-seat pricing from $7, one pooled credit balance, all 41 models, and per-member limits and usage stats built in.
Team workspace FAQ
Can a whole team share one AI subscription?
Yes, and it beats trying to share one ChatGPT subscription or passing around a shared ChatGPT account, which breaks the moment two people chat at once and hides who used what. A NetusAI organization is one subscription with a seat per person: everyone gets their own private chats, everyone’s credits go into one shared balance, and the owner sees usage per member instead of a mystery bill.
How do shared credits work on team plans?
Credits multiply by seats and land in one pool: five seats on the Growth plan, at 1,500 credits per seat, make one 7,500-credit pool any member can draw from. Every model spends from the pool at its published rate per 1,000 tokens, and owners or admins can set a monthly credit limit for any member.
Do team members see each other’s chats?
Not unless the author shares them. Chats are private to their author by default, both at the top level and inside projects. A shared chat becomes read-only for everyone else in the organization, and admins see usage statistics, not the content of private chats.
Is NetusAI Chat a good ChatGPT Team alternative?
If your team only ever uses OpenAI models, ChatGPT Business (the renamed ChatGPT Team) is a fine default at $25 a seat. NetusAI Chat is the better fit when the team wants Claude, Gemini, or Grok in the same workspace: all four providers from $7 a seat, with one shared credit balance for the whole team instead of separate per-member limits.
Is there a Claude Team alternative for mixed-model teams?
The same logic applies. Claude Team is Claude only, at $25 a seat with per-member weekly limits. A NetusAI organization gives the team every Claude model in the lineup alongside GPT, Gemini, and Grok, drawing on one shared pool.
What does an AI workspace for teams cost?
Team AI pricing is per seat across the market: ChatGPT Business and Claude Team both run $25 a seat monthly or $20 billed annually, one provider each. NetusAI Chat runs $7 to $65 a seat depending on how many credits each seat adds to the shared pool, with all four providers, all 41 models, a two-seat minimum, and two months free on yearly billing.
What roles and permissions are available?
Three roles. Owners manage billing, seats, and every role; admins invite and remove members, change member roles, and set member credit limits; members create chats and projects. The full permissions matrix is on this page.
Can I cap how much a member spends?
Yes. Owners and admins can set a monthly credit limit for each member, so one enthusiastic power user cannot drain the pool. Limits sit alongside per-member usage stats, so you set them from data rather than guesswork.
What is the best AI for teams?
No single model wins every job: the same team will get better code review from one provider, better drafting from another, and cheaper summarization from a third. That is the argument for a workspace with all of them in it rather than a bet on one vendor, with shared credits the team can spend on whichever model does the job.
Who buys top-up credits if the pool runs out?
The organization owner. Top-up credits never expire, survive cancellation, and are spent only after the monthly pool runs out.
Every model. One pool. Your whole team.
